Iain’s senior experience in international food and beverage operations includes leading growth across Asia Pacific with Five Guys. He understands the decisions behind market entry, franchise relationships, operating standards and consistent customer experience across countries. As a strategic advisor, he brings this perspective to Le Chene’s approach to international operations, helping shape the specialist expertise available to clients planning cross-border growth or seeking to improve performance across markets. Martina brings the commercial insight and relationship-building needed to turn partnerships into results. She led Le Chene consultancy work for a retail client across Switzerland, France and Qatar, connecting go-to-market strategy with partner engagement and execution. She shapes the firm’s partnerships capability and coordinates the specialists who help clients enter new markets, build stronger commercial alliances and move joint opportunities from agreement into action.

Syed is a CPA and FP&A leader who has run financial planning and analysis for organizations exceeding $1B in turnover across aviation, technology and financial services. He has led annual operating plans, forecasting and Board-level reporting, and has driven measurable results - including $3M in cost savings and cutting monthly close cycles by more than half. Ahmed brings a people-centred view of organisational performance, workforce development and regional delivery. As VP - People, he guides the HR, learning and capability expertise Le Chene brings to client programmes. This includes helping organisations strengthen workforce planning, develop practical training and equip teams for change. His experience coordinating work locally in Qatar adds an understanding of how people strategies need to fit the market, culture and operational reality in which they will be delivered.

Taryn combines customer experience, operational excellence and large-scale transformation experience gained in aviation and people-intensive services. She helps clients make customer journeys work in practice, improve performance and embed change across the teams delivering the service. Her remit brings together operating model design, customer and commercial insight, Lean Six Sigma and digital enablement. Craig brings deep aviation experience to technical learning, safety and workforce development.
